The Nmbrs API also supports employee data, hours and payroll components. These are not automatically included in the integration. Data direction, permissions and processing need to be configured separately.

That depends on the configuration. We agree when data are retrieved and whether entries are first created as drafts in Odoo for review.

No. With a payroll journal integration, Nmbrs continues to calculate payroll and Odoo receives the accounting results. Synchronizing employees, contracts or hours worked is a separate data flow that needs to be agreed separately.

This is possible with a connector that supports it. Each employer must be explicitly mapped to the correct Odoo company, with its own accounts and processing rules where needed. Features offered by providers listed on the Nmbrs website are not guaranteed for every connector.

The required connection, access rights, number of company accounts, mappings and correction scenarios determine the configuration. Connector and software subscriptions may also apply.
