Step 1: Odoo Implementation Blueprint
For a successful Odoo implementation, we get to know your business closely. We examine processes, needs, and bottlenecks, and document how Odoo best aligns with them. The result is a clear plan that everyone supports.

Step 2: Kick-off
With a clear plan, we officially start the project. We will decide together:

- Planning and phasing

- Functional scope and processes
Everyone knows what is being built, why, and when.
Step 3: Development
Now we are going to set up Odoo. Standard where possible, customization where it truly adds value. We also ensure the proper migration of data from your old system.

Step 4: Testing and training
