I am Sietse, an entrepreneur and consultant with a strong focus on logistics, process optimization, and smart IT solutions. From my experience in trade, logistics, and production environments, I know how important it is for systems to align with daily operations, not the other way around.

At Kilurion, I help organizations make processes clearer, more efficient, and more scalable. This starts with a good understanding of how a company really works: from sales and purchasing to inventory, warehouse, production, planning, and finance. Only then do we translate that into an Odoo setup or custom solution that fits the practice.

My strength lies in connecting people, processes, and technology. I like to observe on the shop floor, ask the questions behind the question, and look for solutions that work practically. No unnecessary complexity, but solutions that bring calm, reduce manual work, and provide better insights.

With experience in WMS implementations, logistics optimization, and ERP projects, I bring an operational perspective to Kilurion. Together with my partners, we combine finance, technology, process knowledge, Odoo, and AI into one approach. This way, we build solutions that are not only well thought out but also work in daily reality.

What energizes me is creating control over growth together with entrepreneurs and teams. For me, this also includes curiosity and enjoyment. A day without learning is a day not lived, and the same goes for laughter. Because by staying open, looking closely together, and keeping it light, the best solutions emerge.

Technology should make organizations stronger. And collaborating becomes a lot more enjoyable when you not only make progress along the way but also gain energy from it.
