Where finance and ERP meet

With a background in finance, I look at ERP implementations differently. In practice, you often see that finance is the final destination of all processes and data. Everything that happens somewhere in the organization — from purchasing and logistics to projects and sales — ultimately comes together in the financial administration. And it is precisely there that inconsistencies, missing data, and inefficient processes become visible.

I bring that experience into every ERP implementation. Not only from a technical or process perspective, but precisely from the understanding that reliable financial data forms the basis for management, reporting, and growth. That is why I focus on structure, data quality, and a setup that not only works today but also remains scalable for tomorrow.

Finance is often the "drain" in an ERP landscape where all data ultimately ends up. But if you set it up correctly, it becomes the foundation on which the entire organization can rely.

What really energizes me is building a solution together with clients that fits their organization and ambitions. Not just implementing a system, but creating something that allows processes to run smoothly, insights to be reliable, and employees to work comfortably. So that entrepreneurs and teams can focus on what they do best: running their business, without worries about the backend of their organization.
