Making what marketing promises come true behind the scenes

With a broad background in marketing and e-commerce, I look at the connection between customer experience and the processes behind the scenes. From video and photography to design, website development, and online marketing: I am well-versed in all areas. Therefore, I know that a strong customer experience goes beyond a beautiful website or a good campaign. What you promise on the front end, you must also be able to deliver on the back end.

As team lead Content & Campaigns at a large international e-commerce company, I was involved not only with content but also with project-based work and optimizing work processes. How do you make people, planning, and systems work better together? Where can we eliminate unnecessary steps? And how can new technology, such as AI, really help with that? Those are the questions that energize me.

I bring that experience into my role as Consultant & Marketing Specialist. Creativity, technology, and problem-solving come together for me in this role. I enjoy delving into how an organization works: what is going well, what challenges do people face, and what can be done smarter? From that foundation, I translate needs into practical solutions with Odoo, keeping in mind both the business processes and the people who work with them daily.

I am curious, I like to take initiative, and I want to understand what lies behind a question. Not innovating just because it can be done, but improving because it yields results: less manual work, more overview, and more space for what really matters.
